BACKJad works within the litigation and corporate departments at our firm.
Within the litigation department, Jad handles cases related to various legal fields: Civil, Commercial and Criminal Law, Banking Law, Labor and Employment Law, Personal Status Law and Real Estate Law. He contributes by drafting legal documents such as memoranda, motions and briefs. Also, he diligently handles client’s files, represents them in legal proceedings and regularly advises them on their cases.
Within the corporate department, Jad contributes by negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts. Also, he ensures the compliance of companies to the Lebanese Laws and to the requirements of the Commercial register. Additionally, he manages the registration of local branches and representative offices in accordance with the Lebanese regulations.
Prior to joining our firm, Jad worked as head of legal department at an international electronic journal. Also, he acquired five years of valuable experience at a Lebanese Law Firm.
Jad Joined the Beirut Bar Association in 2022.
