BACKMelis has joined our firm in 2021 as Electronic Documentation Specialist. She is an UYAP specialist which is the National Judiciary İnformatics System of Türkiye.
She assists associates to submit the petitions and motions via the UYAP system. She is also responsible for submitting POA’s and certificates of authority through the system to case files, paying court fees, she keeps records of court notices. She supports the legal team by transmitting the necessary documents when they are out of office or working remotely.
Melis prepares mediation files and submits them through UYAP.
